We understand that placement matters when it comes to branding. That's why we offer eight different customisation positions to choose from - giving you complete control over where your logo or text appears on your garments. Whether you want a classic left chest embroidery, a bold back print, or sleeve branding, you'll find the perfect spot to showcase your businesses identity.
On the product page, simply select your preferred customisation position from the available options. Each choice is clearly labelled and designed to suit a range of garment types, so you can ensure your design is placed exactly where it needs to be - clean, visible and professional.
With your preferred logo placement chosen, the next step is deciding how you'd like your branding to appear. We offer two professional customisation methods: embroidery and print. Both options are suitable for logos, staff names, and other branding elements - the choice depends on the look and finish you're after.
- Embroidery provides a classic durable finish with a high-quality stitched appearance.
- Print allows for bold, vibrant colours and is ideal for larger or more detailed designs.
A one-time setup fee applies to any new logo/text you upload:
- £8.95 for embroidery & print
This fee covers the process for preparing your design for production - whether that's digitising the logo for embroidery or formatting it for high-quality print. Once your logo has been setup and saved in our system, you won't need to pay this fee again for future orders using the same design.
To make reordering even easier, we recommend giving your logo a clear unique name when uploading it - for example 'TF Main Logo' or 'TF Polo Print'. This helps our team quickly identify the right artwork for any future orders you place.
If you'd like to include more than one branding element on your garment - such as a logo on the chest and a name on the back, it's easy to do so. Simply select 'Yes' in the 'Add Another Decoration' dropdown menu.
Once selected, you'll be guided through the same customisable options as before. You'll choose he additional placement from our available positions, then select your preferred method, either print or embroidery - depending on the design and finish you want.
This step is perfect for teams or businesses that want to combine a logo with personalised names, slogans or department titles across different areas of the garment.
There's no limit to how many customisations you can add - just make sure to repeat this process for each new decoration you'd like applied.
As part of your additional customisation, you may want to include text instead or alongside a logo, for example, a staff members name, a job title or your business slogan.
To do this begin by selecting 'Print' as your decoration method (although custom text is available for both print and embroidery, we'll select print in this example as the steps are the same). Then choose 'Logo is new to TrueFit' from the dropdown menu - this option is used for any new design, including text only customisation.
You'll then be asked how many lines of text you'd like:
1 Line - Ideal for a single name or business name
2 Lines - Perfect for a name and title
3 Lines - Great for longer messages or slogans
Be sure to fill in exactly what you'd like each line to say. For example
Line 1: TrueFit
Line 2: Workwear
This ensures our team can accurately create your custom text just how you want it.
Now that you've chosen the number of text lines and filled in the content, it's time to fine-tune the look and feel of your design. Select your preferred font from our range of 18 unique styles, and choose from 26 vibrant colours to bring your text to life.
Next give your design a unique name - for example 'TF Back Print' so we can easily identify it during production. If you have any additional instructions for our design team, such as font size, placement or alignment preferences, feel free to add them in the notes section provided.
Finally, read and accept the terms and conditions, then add your customised product to the cart to complete your order.
