For non custom orders
If all items are in stock, your order can be dispatched the same day if placed before 2pm. After this time it will be dispatched on the next working day. The delivery time and same day dispatch deadline varies depending on the service chosen and the delivery location
Customised orders
Depending on our current workload and the complexity of your order the average lead time is 7-10 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: Although our delivery partners will try their best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, sometimes there are issues beyond their control that can delay your parcel. if you are having difficulty with your delivery please let us know

If your order hasn't shipped yet contact us asap and we will amend the address.
Sadly, we are unable to change an address with the courier once the order is completed, however it may be possible to update your delivery preferences with the courier by contacting them directly quoting your tracking number
If for any reason your order can't be delivered, the courier will return it to us and you’ll receive an automatic refund once the parcel has reached our warehouse (non custom orders only).
If you input the incorrect address details we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing.
